At Woodstock Chimes, we stand behind the musical quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the chime in its original protective packaging to prevent the tubes from scratching during transit and include all original components.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
